| What is the certificate delivery
schedule? |
Certificates are published every
Monday morning, picked up by FedEx that afternoon and scheduled for next
day delivery. Occasionally a specific address may not get overnight FedEx
delivery and then the Training Declaration will be delivered on Wednesday
afternoon.
A special note about September 2008. Certificates
will be issued on September 8, 2008 and then the next delivery schedule
will be October 2, 2008. If you need them completed between September 8
and October 2 please call our office as soon as you know so we can make
special arrangement. Everyone in the company will be out of the country
for that three week period. |
| I need a replacement certificate - I
lost mine or the Board lost it. |
Please call our office at (415)
487-3500. Replacement certificates are sent via US Priority mail. FedEx
over night is only $20 paid via credit card. |
| I want to print my personal
certificate but the screen goes blank and nothing happens. |
This is symptomatic of having pop up
blockers turned ON.
Turn off pop up blockers just long enough to
print the certificate. That is the fix. You may need/want to check with
your firms It group to assure it does not violate corporate policy. We
would not want you to get in trouble for this.
Also know that we will be sending you a
certificate for your certificate folder along with the other documentation
you need for the state. So if you do not want to turn off pop up blockers
even for a minute, no problem. |
| I need to correct the spelling of my
name. |
This
is
not a problem for the Designated Representative or Exemptee Certification
class because the official documentation is created from a separate
program where they will have the chance to enter the correct information.
Be sure to complete item number 9 in the topic outline page.
You
may edit the spelling of your name in the learning management system.
Log
in as usual
Click
on your name in the upper right hand corner of the window
Under
your name in bold letters at the top center of the window click EDIT
PROFILE
Change
whatever needs correcting.

| I have not yet gotten my certificate
and completed the class more than 5 days ago. |
If you have not received your training
documentation it is most likely that item number 9 on the topic outline page
has not been completed. Please visit that page and see if you recall
completing that item. It you do recall completing that page, then please
call our office OR resubmit the information. Link
to the topic page. |
