I want to print my personal certificate but the screen goes blank and nothing happens.	Printing certificates can take up to 3 minutes depending on your Internet connection. This is symptomatic of having pop up blockers turned ON. Turn off pop up blockers just long enough to print the certificate. That is the fix. You may need/want to check with your firms It group to assure it does not violate corporate policy. We would not want you to get in trouble for this. Also know that we will be sending you a certificate for your certificate folder along with the other documentation you need for the state. So if you do not want to turn off pop up blockers even for a minute, no problem.
I need to correct the spelling of my name.	You may edit the spelling of your name in the learning management system. Log in as usual. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of the window Under your name in bold letters at the top center of the window click EDIT PROFILE Change whatever needs correcting.
