I want to print my personal certificate but the screen goes blank and nothing happens.	This is symptomatic of having pop up blockers turned ON. Turn off pop up blockers just long enough to print the certificate. That is the fix. You may need/want to check with your firms It group to assure it does not violate corporate policy. We would not want you to get in trouble for this.
I want to print the questions but the program only prints my name, grade and the date that I took the class.	It is likely that the preferences that you selected when you ordered the CD did not specify that you wanted to see the quiz questions. We recommend not printing the questions which prevents employees sharing the answer key. If you still want to print the questions please call us at (415) 487-3500. We can review the settings and send you a new CD. The fee for this re-burn is $75. When you call we can tell you the expected delivery date.
