Do I register on line?

Yes. Registration for this class is at this link.

Can I pay by telephone?

Yes. We can take your credit card information over the telephone. Keep in mind we are frequently visiting with clients in a consulting role and on line registration may be faster. To register by telephone call (415) 487-3500.

Can I fax in my registration?

Yes. Complete the following Steps

  1. Download the credit card authorization.

  2. Complete the form.

  3. Fax the form to (415) 487-1926.

  4. Call our office to let us know that the form has been faxed and to find out when you should expect enrollment authorization.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We do accept purchase orders with prior approval of the issuing firm. Please call our office for prior approval. Purchase orders must be faxed to (415) 487-1926. Purchase order numbers can not be accepted over the phone.

Do you accept payment by check?

Yes. However, enrollment will not be completed until the check has been deposited.

Can I pay after I take the class?

No. We would really like to do that, but . . .

What is the refund policy?

There is a $50 service charge on refunds requested before attending in the class.

After attending the class there is no refund.
