Can I pay by telephone? |
Yes. We can take your credit
card information over the telephone. Keep in mind we are frequently
visiting with clients in a consulting role and on line registration may be
faster. To register by telephone call (415) 487-3500. |

Can I fax in my registration? |
Yes. Complete the following Steps

Download the credit card
authorization.

Fax the form to (415)
487-1926.

Call our office to let us
know that the form has been faxed and to find out when you should
expect enrollment authorization.

Do you accept Purchase Orders? |
We do accept purchase orders
with prior approval of the issuing firm. Please call our office for prior
approval. Purchase orders must be faxed to (415) 487-1926. Purchase order
numbers can not be accepted over the phone. |

Do you accept payment by check? |
Yes. However, enrollment will
not be completed until the check has been deposited. |

Can I pay after I take the
class? |
No. We would really like to do
that, but . . . |

What is the refund policy? |
There is a $50 service charge
on refunds requested before attending in the class.
After attending the class
there is no refund. |
