I paid on line but did not get a receipt.
  1. The receipt was sent to the e-mail address that was used when the the "ticket" for the class was purchased .
  2. If you used a different valid e-mail address the receipt has been sent to that e-mail address.
  3. If you used a phantom e-mail address, you need to call our office to have a receipt re-issued.
  4. Check your e-mail account SPAM folder the receipt might be there.
  5. The receipt was may indicate that it was sent from CVENT or SkillsPlus. CVENT is our secure online course registration service.
I need a duplicate receipt for my accounting department. Please sign back into CVENT and sign in using the same information used when you purchased the ticket. You will see a link to request a re-issue of the receipt.
My credit card was declined. Credit cards can be declined for a variety of reasons. Try the following:
  1. Register using a different credit card.
  2. Register by faxing a credit card authorization to us.

If this did not solve the problem:

Download the credit card authorization and fax it back to us.

We do not have a corporate credit card. What can I do now? Register by faxing a credit card authorization to us. 
Where will my receipt come from? The receipt will be/was sent from CVENT. CVENT is our secure online course registration service.
I am trying to fax a credit card authorization to you but the fax machine does not answer. Our fax number is (415) 487-1926. Fax technology is not as reliable as we would like. Please call us at (415) 487-3500 and we will take the information over the telephone.
