When attempting to create a Username
it must be unique. Someone else may already be using that name. Please
create a new name and be sure to make a note of it.
If our office set up your student account, then
the Username must match exactly what was provided to your corporate
contact. If our office set up the Username and Password the text format is usually all lower case letters.
If this does not solve the problem please call

Only in the United States. The
software developers are from Australia and there enroll is spelled with
only one "l". Thanks for calling it to our attention, we accept
