The course site does not accept my Username. When attempting to create a Username it must be unique. Someone else may already be using that name. Please create a new name and be sure to make a note of it.

If our office set up your student account, then the Username must match exactly what was provided to your corporate contact. If our office set up the Username and Password the text format is usually all lower case letters.

I never got instructions for signing into my class. Please sign back into CVENT and sign in using the same information used when you purchased the ticket. You will see a link to reprint the certificate.

The word "enrol" is misspelled on your website. Only in the United States. The software developers are from Australia and there enroll is spelled with only one "l". Thanks for calling it to our attention, we accept all suggestions for improvement.
