class is at this link. You will need an enrollment key which should
have been sent to you when you registered through CVENT. Need

| The site does not accept my
Username. |
When attempting to create a Username
and Password, it must be unique. If your Username is rejected, someone else may already be using that name. Please
create a new name and be sure to make a note of it.
If our office set up your student account, then
the Username must match exactly that which was provided to your corporate
contact. The text format is usually all lower case letters.
If this does not solve the problem please call
our office at (415) 487-3500 to reset your Username and Password. |

The Password must match exactly what was provided to your
corporate contact. The text format is usually all lower case letters. If
you set up your own Password, the Password must match exactly as you
originally entered it.

into my class. |
Please sign back into CVENT
and sign in using the same information used when you purchased the ticket.

| My enrollment key does not work. |
The enrollment key must match exactly
as it appears in the e-mail confirmation. Capital letters must be capital
and lowercase letters must be in lowercase. |

Only in the United States. The
software developers are from Australia and there enroll is spelled with
only one "l". Thanks for calling it to our attention, we accept
all suggestions for improvement. You may also notice that the Categorize
was spelled differently also. |
