International Inc. was originally incorporated in 1991. Today, after almost 20 years of
providing quality services to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device
industries, SkillsPlus has offices in San Francisco and Chicago.
While serving the needs of over 350 clients and customers world-wide, it is our

Allan Dewes, MA
Allan
Dewes, President of SkillsPlus
International Inc., possesses over 30 years experience in identifying
training needs, and creating and delivering practical, cost-effective training
solutions for CGMP, GCP, GLP, QSR, management, and supervisory development.
Mr. Dewes facilitates classes for all levels of the organization.
Allan
is known for delivering exciting, creative, and participative training
sessions. An acknowledged leader in
the training field, he has spoken at numerous international conventions.
He conducts training in all topics offered, including CGMPs, GLPs, SOPs, Root
Cause Analysis, Writing Investigation Reports, Managing for Compliance and many
more.
Allan
is the author and publisher of the CGMP Challenge, Inspection Detection, the
extremely popular CGMP Trainer’s Survival Kit II, Instructor Guides CGMP training
programs for pharmaceutical and medical device training, and CBT materials to
support on line learning.
Prior
to working in the pharmaceutical industry, Allan was a staff psychologist. He has
worked with a variety of patient populations.
Mr.
Dewes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from
Ramapo College of New Jersey, and a Master of Arts in Clinical psychology, from Towson
State
University.
His graduate
research study focused on adult learning, behavior change, and
communication.
Jackie O'Neill-Brown
Jackie O’Neill-Brown’s varied
professional background offers a unique compliment of talents expressly
servicing clients from both practical and effective perspectives.
Jackie possesses more than 25 years of experience in training, manufacturing,
and human resources in CGMP regulated environments.
She has held key positions as training supervisor and manager of training
and continuous improvement in pharmaceutical operations.
Jackie has a special ability for engaging groups to facilitate learning.
Positively interacting with a diverse workforce, she has designed,
developed, and delivered a variety of regulatory, technical and management
development training programs. With
an eye toward performance improvement, she is able to identify and recommend
training solutions that achieve the desired outcome using creative methods and
strategies. Jackie brings a passion
for compliance and product quality to all sessions which keeps employees
energized throughout the class as well as motivated toward applying the
regulations in their respective work areas.
Jackie holds a degree from the State University of New York Business School, and
has been a guest speaker at national conferences.
Jackie conducts CGMP and trainer training and heads up the sales organization
from the Chicago office.
