What is an assessment center?

An assessment center is a place where the learning and development needs of individuals, departments, corporations, or working teams can be assessed. This GMP Assessment is a standardized assessment that facilitates multiple comparisons. 

What will happen with my scores?

Individual scores are kept confidential. Scores are aggregated to present learning and development recommendations at the level desired by a client.

Can my assessment be compared with other companies?

Yes. You can request that your scores be compared against the industry. Obviously we keep all client specific information confidential.

Can I customize my company's assessment?

Yes. You can customize your assessment. However, any comparisons with the industry will then be less meaningful.
