Troubleshooting Tips for On Line Learning Management System

Symptom Possible Solution
After successfully logging in I click on the class and nothing happens.

Enable Cookies

After taking a class I can not print a certificate.

Turn off pop-up blocker

My Enrollment Key does not work. Enrollment keys are case sensitive.

To Get Started

  1. Select whether your class was Live Web (Column 1) or On-Demand Pay-Per-View (Column 2)
  2. For the class you register, click on the class name.
  3. Enter the UserID and Password when prompted. The password should have arrived via a second email about 10-15 after your receipt email.
  4. Follow additional instructions on the screen
  5. Troubleshooting: Can't get signed in?

Troubleshooting

If you were having trouble signing in, it can be cause by perhaps 3-4 different issues.

 

1. Signing in is case sensitive. Be sure to use the exact case as indicated in your confirmation letter. The sign in of TEST, test, or Test are not equal.

2. Be sure the CAPS LOCK key is in the office position.

3. Now try to use the numbers above the keyboard - not the numbers on the keypad to the right.

4. Be sure the NUM LOCK key is off.

5. Please click on the course name above and try to sign in again. If you still have trouble, please call our office at 415.487.3500
