Troubleshooting Tips
1. Password does not let me in.
- The UserID and Password is case sensitive. If the emailed log in
information uses a capital letter you must enter it exactly as it appears.
- Be sure the CAPS LOCK key is off.
- If the UserID and Password includes a number, use the numbers on top of
the keyboard and NOT the numbers on the keypad to the right.
2. I get a blank screen when I launch the program.
- Most often this occurs with Windows XP Pro and using Adobe Flash Player
8.0.33.0.
- Check the version of Adobe Flash Player:
- Click the start button - lower left corner.
- Click Control Panel
- Click add and remove program - DO NOT REMOVE ANY
PROGRAMS!
- Look for Adobe Flash Player. It should be toward the top, but you may need
to look up and down the list. Read the version number at the end. If version
8.0.33.0 you will need to upgrade the next version. Upgrades are free.
- Adobe Flash Player 9.0 can be downloaded for free at: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
