Technical Trainer Certification: A Technical Trainer Readiness Course

 

Purpose

Training trainers to train CGMPs, QSRs, or technical topics from the subject-matter-expert (SME) role.

 

Objectives  

1.     Organize content in a logical flow.

2.     Develop content for training.

3.   Develop activities to reinforce learning.

4.   Develop assessment strategies and assessments to evaluate learning.

5.   Coaching for better performance.

3.     Facilitate discussions.

4.     Use stories to create interest.

5.     Manage disruptive students.

6.     Coach hands on skills.

7.     Create content assessments.

 

About the Class

  1. In-house projects will be used to demonstrate and practice the skills and principles of this class.

  2. The optional final exam is approximately 25 questions.

  3. Each student receives a student guide containing a representation of the program’s  slides and graphics with space provided for note taking.

  4. This class can accommodate up to 15 people.

  5. Duration: 8-16 hours.
